REWILDING

MY RETREAT

The true essence of this rewilding program is - CONNECTION!

These practices and experiences will facilitate space to reconnect, land and arrive into your body, mind and soul. Participants will return home feeling more enrgersied! Taking home with them the essence of mindfulness and self knowlege that guided and supported you over the weeks with us here at Kea retreat.

Awaken your divinity with the first rays of the sun with this energizing morning movement practice. In essence it is a gift to your homecoming journey along the way of rewilding on the island. This practice is a form of yoga asana inspired by the ashtanga lineage that works on the amalgamation of breath and movement.

The life force behind all creation, from matter to energy is breath. The first thing that anyone does when we arrive is to take a breath and, the last thing that we do when we leave is - breathe. This simple act of living and being alive is taken for granted because it flows in and out automatically. During these breathwork sessions, we will explore rewilding our breath with slowing down and deepening practices.

Shakti Immersion – he true essence of rewilding is allowing our bodies and mind to return home to within. Reciprocating with the rhythms of nature brings a sense of joy, turning the mundane into a sacred ritual. Hence, the evening ritual is curated around slowing down practices. This session is a classical form of tantra based around mediation & chanting that celebrates all aspects of human existence - material & energy.

Special offerings

This is a special experience curated as an ice breaker for the group to get to know each other as one of the first introductory sessions before the regular practices start.

It's a creative expression and exploration of our own imagination that unlocks the creator's imagination at the same time, evoking deep meditation, calmness and focus.

This will be an evening ritual done past the regular evening practice which will be hosted on the last day of the retreat. In this ceremony we will reflect on our journey, from when we first arrived to how we feel on this last day.
