“Living Presence” is a 5-day retreat for those who wish to awaken their senses, honor their body as home, and inhabit the richness of life in connection with the elements.

 

Set in a serene natural environment, this retreat offers a delicate balance of movement, stillness, and creative exploration. Through yoga, somatic movement, meditation, subtle energy practices, creativity exploration you will reconnect with the pleasure of sensing and the freedom and joy of inhabiting yourself more fully. 

 

Each day offers a gentle invitation to meet your body with tenderness, explore your inner landscapes, and feel the current of aliveness that moves through you.

 

Whether you seek deeper connection to yourself and your vitality, emotional clarity, or simply move through life with more presence, this retreat creates a safe, nurturing and joyful container for embodied transformation and meaningful connection.

Every morning, we meet in a quiet, luminous atmosphere to ease open the body and attune to the day. A fluid yoga practice anchors the breath, awakens mobility, and creates space from the inside out. Meditation gently guides you toward inner stillness and sensory presence, inviting you to settle, listen, and feel more deeply. These morning sessions offer a grounded, spacious beginning, a steady remembering to your natural flow.

As the day softens, we shift into slower, more introspective and deeper practices. Through restorative yoga, somatic movement, and embodied workshops, you are guided into deeper layers of release and inner exploration. These evenings are designed to soothe the nervous system, unwind residual tension, and move into the subtler dimensions of sensation and presence. They become a tender descent into quiet intimacy with yourself, a time to integrate, digest, and expand from within.

Dive into the art of touch, exploring energy flow, presence, and the subtle communication of the body. Learn how to give and receive, explore movement and your resources in a different way.

Experience subtle energy channeling by the voice, tuning into the body’s resonance and the group’s collective field, fostering deep connection and inner alignment.

This practice offers a profound descent into rest and consciousness, inviting the body to release tension while the inner landscape becomes luminous and spacious.

Creative workshops appear throughout the retreat as intuitive pathways into imagination, personal expression, and embodied insight. 

Meditation will be explored in various forms: seated awareness, guided inner journeys, and sensory meditation that sharpens perception and deepens your felt sense of aliveness.

Agathe Delacour

Your teacher

Agathe Delacour is a yoga teacher, bodywork practitioner, and facilitator of embodied living. She creates a space of listening, gentleness, and sensory awareness, where the body, energy, and presence can fully awaken.

 

Trained in Europe and Asia, Agathe draws from yoga, Thaï/Ostéothai bodywork, and subtle somatic practices, blending conscious movement, sensitive touch, and energy flow in her sessions.

 

Through workshops and private sessions, including yoga, massage, philosophy, somatic exploration, and creative embodiment, she guides participants toward freedom, grounding, openness, and inner attunement. She believes the body is a connected living sanctuary, by reconnecting with it, we rediscover presence, vitality, and a more authentic connection to ourselves and the world.

 

Her teaching is infused with intuition, sensitivity, and deep care, providing a safe and intimate container where transformation unfolds with lightness, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s rhythm.

 

With Living presence, Agathe invites you to open a space of expansion, sensory awakening, and deep embodiment, an invitation to reconnect with your body, bloom your true nature, and inhabit life with presence, joy, and intensity.

WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME

Retreating with us

  • 5 days/nights long, from Sunday to Friday
  • Full board in an upscale traditionally designed cottage with private balcony
  • Two yoga classes per day
  • One meditation or celebration/ceremony per day 
  • 3 abundant and delicious meals each day (cooked using our fresh farm and sea produce)
  • Yoga equipment and accessories (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets)
  • Pickup and drop off at ferry station
  • Swimming pool with in water lounging section
  • Vegetable garden / Vineyard / Olive grove
  • A private bay
  • Spontaneous dancing every night

Additional Activities:

Kayaks – venture into the sea with our kayaks, double or single, to discover caves and more isolated beaches.

Snorkeling – for those looking to discover what’s lurking under the surface and meet our local fish, or do some shell diving, snorkels and goggles are available.

Illoulida – walk down to the ancient capital, Ioulida, during sunset hours to explore the beautiful architecture and small shops (clothing, ceramics, local produce).

Island boat trip – set sail around the island on a calm ocean bed to uncover hidden corners of the island that can only be experienced by boat.

Hikes – the island is full of ancient trails that cross through farmlands and forests, up greeny hills, or down to secret shores with ruins from the 12th century BC.

Kastriani monastery – drive up the windy cliffs of the northern peak of the island to the breathtakingly beautiful blue and white Greek orthodox monastery that overlooks the Aegean sea.

Winery – have a picnic between the grape leaves of Kea Retreat’s vineyard while sipping on their locally grown wine.

Arts and crafts – feel free to use the art supplies situated on the shelf and let your creativity flow.

Music and Instruments – strum away at the guitar or play the tibetan bowls to the intoxicating sounds of nature.

Relax – unwind by picking a book off of the shelf and laying down on one of the outdoor beanbags, hammocks, or couches, or take a few more steps down to the beach and soak up some sun.

TEACHER’S NOTE

This retreat is an invitation to return to the body as a place of listening, truth, and authenticity. Through movement, stillness, meditation, touch, creative exploration, and connection with others and nature, we gently open a space where presence can be felt, lived, and embodied.

 

Living Presence is about allowing and exploring sensation, breath, and inner rhythm to guide the way, holding space for the life within, feeling part of every living manifestation, and reconnecting with the joy of being alive. My intention is to offer a safe, intimate, and attentive container where each person can soften, explore, and reconnect with what nourishes the inner fire.

 

I look forward to sharing this journey with you, in simplicity, joy, and presence.

EXTRA PRIVATE SERVICES: 

Zenthai Shiatsu Massage – a therapeutic form of body work that engages the whole person - body, mind and spirit in the dance of movement, freedom and connection. Zenthai is a blend of yoga Asana, Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu and Osteopathic techniques integrated and woven together with focused intention at its core.
