Rhythmic Harmony

MY RETREAT

What does it mean to attune to your inner rhythm? To actually listen to the needs of your body, your heart, and your spirit? In the busyness of our modern world we are often forced into a rhythm that is disconnected from our true needs, from the needs of our nervous systems and, ultimately, disconnected from the pace of the earth and her cycles. We rush through our lives and often lose contact with ourselves, with the world around us, and our capacity to feel intimate with life is dimished.

As we step more and more away from the rhythms of the earth we deplete ourselves, we feel more lost and seperated with our true nature. To restore our natural rhythm is a way to restore connection.

Through yoga, contemplative practices, embodiment explorations and meditations, nature reconnection experiences and simple rituals you will be guided through a deep journey within to reconnect to your own unique unique rhythm, to embrace the fullness of you and actually take time to be and reconnect to the spacious stillness within.

Emilia will guide you in expanding your capacity to feel and to center back in your embodied presence.

We start the mornings with a blend of comtemplative practices, guided meditations, breathwork, and then continue with movement explorations that combine Yoga, somatic explorations and Qigoing.
In the mornings we clear our systems, activate our vital flow and increase awareness.

In the afternoon we cultivate more yin practices of comtemplation, restoration & reflection through deep restorative movement practices (yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, qigong, etc), journaling, nature reconnection journeys, rituals and sharing circles.

Special offerings

Cha Dao is an ancient practice of drinking tea in ritual and presence, becoming a moving meditation practice. This simple yet profound experience allows us to pacify the mind, find inner stillness and harmony, helping us to return to a more embodied and quiet way of being.

A workshop of exploration the nature of our inner seasons in relationship to the outer seasons, a space to reflect, journal and restore harmony within ourselves.

A way to create a safe space to let our inner worlds be explored in community. This timeless practice restores our sense of belonging, increases our capacity to listen deeply and to be received and witnessed by others.

We go out on the land to reconnect to the elemental forces, to restore our sense of intimacy with the rhythms and voice of the natural world.

because of the stunning location in such proximity to the waters we will bring our movement practice to the waters themselves, exploring how to move in her, dance with her, remember our fluid bodies by immersing ourselves directly in the sea and return to a more open presence in our lives.

TEACHER’S NOTE

Everything on earth holds a rhythm, a unique vibration and frequency as well as a cyclicality. As humans we seem to have stepped more and more away from these cycles both within ourselves and the natural world and, thus, we have walked away from living harmoniously.

However, harmony is at the basis of health and wellbeing. To restore and recover our inner rhythm is a way to weave ourselves back into connection, to find more ease and joy in our lives as well as create a deeper sense of intimacy and belonging to the natural world.
