Echoes of Renewal invites you to slow down, soften, and listen deeply. Surrounded by tranquil beauty, this retreat weaves together the healing threads of sound and somatic therapy to create space for release, reflection, and inner reconnection.

Through immersive workshops, breathwork, movement, and sacred ceremony, you’ll be guided home to yourself—unraveling layers of tension and story to rediscover a sense of vitality and joy. Each offering is crafted to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and awaken the wisdom of the body.

Our afternoons are dedicated to deepening the morning's connections, and include Somatic Communication, Somatic Relating, Voice Inquiry, and Embodied Ryhtm.

Special offerings

Join us in a traditional fire ceremony to release outdated energies and purify your intentions. This ritual uses the transformative power of fire to foster renewal and growth.

Your teacher

Holi Dilks is a Women's Mentor, Somatic Therapist, International Facilitator and Space Holder dedicated to creating and guiding deep journeys of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. With a unique approach that integrates somatic awareness, emotional depth, and spiritual connection, Holi creates safe and nurturing spaces for profound growth and reconnection. Holi’s work is rooted in her personal experiences of overcoming trauma and rediscovering her own inner power. Her journey informs her empathetic and intuitive approach, allowing her to meet each person exactly where they are, fostering trust and authenticity, supporting deep and transformative journeys. 

 

Natan Rabin is a visionary musician and facilitator, dedicated to creating spaces of embodied expression. Blending deep musicality with somatic practices, he invites others to journey inward, using sound as a tool for expression and transformation. His work weaves together music theory, sound, and self enquiry allowing people to drop deeper into their inner worlds, unlocking creativity, presence, and healing. Through his teachings, Natan empowers individuals to transmute emotions, break free from limitations, and experience music as a profound, embodied force of connection and self-discovery.

Retreating with us

  • 5 days/nights long, from Sunday to Friday
  • Full board in an upscale traditionally designed cottage with private balcony
  • 2 activities a day of either somatic practices, music centered offerings, movement classes and more
  • One meditation or celebration/ceremony per day 
  • 3 abundant and delicious meals each day (cooked using our fresh farm and sea produce)
  • Yoga equipment and accessories (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets)
  • Pickup and drop off at ferry station
  • Swimming pool with in water lounging section
  • Vegetable garden
  • A private bay
  • Spontaneous dancing every night

Additional Activities:

Kayaks – venture into the sea with our kayaks, double or single, to discover caves and more isolated beaches.

Snorkeling – for those looking to discover what’s lurking under the surface and meet our local fish, or do some shell diving, snorkels and goggles are available.

Illoulida – walk down to the ancient capital, Ioulida, during sunset hours to explore the beautiful architecture and small shops (clothing, ceramics, local produce).

Island boat trip – set sail around the island on a calm ocean bed to uncover hidden corners of the island that can only be experienced by boat.

Hikes – the island is full of ancient trails that cross through farmlands and forests, up greeny hills, or down to secret shores with ruins from the 12th century BC.

Kastriani monastery – drive up the windy cliffs of the northern peak of the island to the breathtakingly beautiful blue and white Greek orthodox monastery that overlooks the Aegean sea.

Winery – have a picnic between the grape leaves of Kea Retreat’s vineyard while sipping on their locally grown wine.

Arts and crafts – feel free to use the art supplies situated on the shelf and let your creativity flow.

Music and Instruments – strum away at the guitar or play the tibetan bowls to the intoxicating sounds of nature.

Relax – unwind by picking a book off of the shelf and laying down on one of the outdoor beanbags, hammocks, or couches, or take a few more steps down to the beach and soak up some sun.
