THE SENSES

MY RETREAT

Yogic Practices to nourish the Subtle Body and equalize the function of all five senses.

A week of self exploration, diving into our senses with yogic practices, flow classes and various meditations full of colors, smells, tastes, sounds and the caress of the Aegean breeze.

Daily focus on each sense, reigniting our ability to experience life’s offerings to their fullest capacity.

Morning gentle Hatha-Vinyasa flow. Asanas put together in an energizing soft flow, focusing on awakening the senses. Participants will observe the sound of their breath, the scent of nature, the sensation of the breeze, the colors of dawn, and the explosive taste of fruit after a deep meditation! An opportunity to re-discover our sadhana (practice) through more senses for a broader and brighter experience.

Sunset Yin or Restorative practice. Reconnecting to our senses through a restorative approach by letting go into deep and extended postures that help heal and soften both the physical and subtle body. These practices will give us the time and open the space to better observe, understand and honor our senses for allowing us to experience and embrace the world.
