I'm Lina, a certified Yoga and meditation instructor, sound & Reiki healer, ceremonial cacao facilitator and yoga retreat organizer.

Yoga found its way into my heart in 2011 and my teaching journey started in India, in 2018, in ashtanga vinyasa. Later on I took wellness education courses with Yale University and music therapy with Berklee College of Music. So far I've led more than 20 wellness retreats in Europe, hosted workshops, seminars to companies globally and I continuously study and seek inspiration through various international teachers (Jason Crandell, Katarina Rayburn, Sudhir Rishi) and lineages.

Yoga has taught me so much about who I am as a person, how to treat my body and also how to treat those around me. I believe that yoga is more than a physical discipline; it is a many faceted gem offering us the tools necessary to achieve true and lasting transformation. Yoga to me is a feeling - I feel a sense of purpose when I teach, it provides a space for self-enquiry and profound healing.

My mission is very simple - live authentically, do the things I love and hopefully inspire others to make small, mindful changes that will bring big, positive impact to people's lives.

A creative exploration through movement and breath – I love to have balance in life so my classes vary from strong power/ vinyasa/ and creative mandala flows to calmer yin, blissful yoga nidra meditations paired with healing Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. I lead practices with an open heart, guiding you every step of the way, whether this is through a yoga class or week long retreat experience.
