MY RETREAT

Are you interested in a week-long retreat designed to give you sustainable access to the unlimited wisdom and deep peace of your own heart? 


You will leave this retreat with not only a deeper connection to your physical body but also ways to become your own healer, unlock stagnant energy, and connect to the steady wisdom waiting for you in the stillness of your heart.


Together we will slow down, dive in, and explore a week abundant with ancient, time-honored, practices that teach us how to access and connect with life in a liberated way.

During this weeklong retreat we will awaken each morning to a sunrise breathwork and meditation practice followed by a yoga flow that will leave your entire being awakened on a cellular level. 

The sunset sessions will include exploration and play. A mix of restorative yoga shaking release technique, 5-rythm dance, and breathwork that will provide you with the opportunity to shake off any stagnant energy and bring you even deeper into connection with yourself and the magical, life-giving element that surrounds us at Kea.

Your teacher

Anne-Lauren, founder of Radiant Spiral Retreats, is an Elemental Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Body Worker, and International Retreat leader that has been guiding retreats and workshops of personal growth and spiritual connection for over 12 years!  Anne-Lauren draws most of her healing insights from intentional time in nature, tantra philosophy and observing the elements from which all life is sourced.  

She came to Yoga as she began an inner and outer journey to connect with sustainable peace and deep joy.  Throughout her travels she has been able to extensively study these principles by experiencing different practices with different cultures around the world. Through her travels she has found breathwork, dance, self-massage, yoga and meditation to be her tools for connecting us back into the portal of our hearts. 

Anne-Lauren's mission in this life is to be a support for humans to be in deeper connection with their inner truth, innate wisdom and to experience heartfelt connection and deep peace with life in any given moment.

WHAT YOU WILL TAKE HOME

Retreating with us

  • 6 days/nights long, from Sunday to Saturday
  • Full board in an upscale traditionally designed cottage with private balcony
  • Two yoga classes per day
  • One meditation or celebration/ceremony per day 
  • 3 abundant and delicious meals each day (by Uri, our Michelin trained chef)
  • One group dinner at Kea Retreat’s family’s taverna
  • Yoga equipment and accessories (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets)
  • Open poolside bar and snacks
  • Complimentary tote bag for the beach
  • Pickup and drop off at ferry station
  • Swimming pool with in water lounging section
  • Vegetable garden
  • A private bay
  • Spontaneous dancing every night

Additional Activities:

Kayaks – venture into the sea with our kayaks, double or single, to discover caves and more isolated beaches.

Snorkeling – for those looking to discover what’s lurking under the surface and meet our local fish, or do some shell diving, snorkels and goggles are available.

Illoulida – walk down to the ancient capital, Ioulida, during sunset hours to explore the beautiful architecture and small shops (clothing, ceramics, local produce).

Island boat trip – set sail around the island on a calm ocean bed to uncover hidden corners of the island that can only be experienced by boat.

Hikes – the island is full of ancient trails that cross through farmlands and forests, up greeny hills, or down to secret shores with ruins from the 12th century BC.

Kastriani monastery – drive up the windy cliffs of the northern peak of the island to the breathtakingly beautiful blue and white Greek orthodox monastery that overlooks the Aegean sea.

Winery – have a picnic between the grape leaves of Kea Retreat’s vineyard while sipping on their locally grown wine.

Arts and crafts – feel free to use the art supplies situated on the shelf and let your creativity flow.

Music and Instruments – strum away at the guitar or play the tibetan bowls to the intoxicating sounds of nature.

Relax – unwind by picking a book off of the shelf and laying down on one of the outdoor beanbags, hammocks, or couches, or take a few more steps down to the beach and soak up some sun.
