Rest & Rejuvenate

Take the time amongst busy schedules and daily to-do lists, to re-energise and re-orient, in the midst of nature. Allow your senses to heighten, expand + soften as we drop out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body. This retreat is specifically curated to shift the way you feel... energetically, emotionally and physically. We have a tendency to want to run full steam ahead; this week is about slowing down and stopping to smell the roses. Get rested, invite expansion in + make deep connections along the way!

A blend of meditation, pranayama and asana. We’ll draw from the traditional principles of Yoga, Chloe’s lineages’ and our own, embodied way of being. Overall, the morning classes will be more of a Yang energy ~ energising breathwork, sweaty asana and movement inspired from many modalities.

Yin style classes, filled with guided meditation, restorative movement and calming pranayama. Play with the polarity of solar and lunar energies, amongst the most serene backdrop.

This retreat is about understanding that we hold the medicine we need in order to transform our lives. It will be a safe healing space that will bring us together in community in order to come back to ourselves, to make friends, and to celebrate existence. By slowing down and reconnecting to the rhythms of nature, we will align with the beauty of the present moment.

It is a week of cultivating joy, space to reflect, rest and abundant self-love.

For participants who would like to deepen the practices we share through the week, there is the option of having a private yoga session (cost 75 euros – 60 minutes) as well as a private tea ceremony and meditation session (cost 90 euros – 60 minutes).
