Immerse yourself in an experience that blends the rejuvenating essence of the season with transformative practices like yoga, meditation, creative movement, breathwork, and rituals.

 

This retreat is an invitation to explore, enjoy, and express yourself, focused on reconnecting to our free natural selves. Special offerings

In this class, classical Hatha postures are weaved together in a vinyasa flow allowing for a dynamic and nurturing experience. This practice will allow for subtle layers to awaken while self imposed limitations are released.

 

This practice opens the doorway to fully experiencing the present moment, reclaiming our sensuality over our bodies while regulating and soothing our nervous system responses through breathwork. 

A workshop in exploring the subconscious layers of our being and allowing us to communicate with and expand our perception of the self and the outer world through the inner process of creation.

This practice involves vibrational sound (chanting) and breathing practices combined with mudra and cyclical movements. It is designed to help awaken your Kundalini energy or Shakti located at the base of the spine

In this class you will be gently guided into a meditative state. All guided meditations will follow movement and leave you feeling relaxed, deepening your awareness and understanding of yourself.

Your teacher

Meet Anastasia Papadouli, a radiant soul hailing from Greece, who wears multiple hats as a Yoga teacher, Reiki therapist, and professional photographer. Anastasia's yoga repertoire spans various styles, including hatha, yin yang flow, creative flow vinyasa, and yin yoga.

 

In every class, Anastasia sees an opportunity to forge heart-to-heart connections with her students. Her classes are not just about the physical practice; they're a canvas for inspiration and mutual growth. Anastasia finds immense joy in witnessing her students bloom and cherishes the authenticity of being her true self.

 

Anastasia's outgoing personality effortlessly connects with people from all walks of life. She believes in the transformative power of yoga, a practice that helps us remember our true essence and live our precious lives with love. As a perpetual student herself, Anastasia is on a journey to inspire and be inspired, creating spaces where self-discovery and genuine connection thrive.

Retreating with us

  • 6 days/nights long, from Sunday to Saturday
  • Full board in an upscale traditionally designed cottage with private balcony
  • Two yoga classes per day
  • One meditation or celebration/ceremony per day 
  • 3 abundant and delicious meals each day (cooked using our fresh farm and sea produce)
  • One group dinner at Kea Retreat’s family’s taverna
  • Yoga equipment and accessories (mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets)
  • Pickup and drop off at ferry station
  • Swimming pool with in water lounging section
  • Vegetable garden
  • A private bay
  • Spontaneous dancing every night

Additional Activities:

Kayaks – venture into the sea with our kayaks, double or single, to discover caves and more isolated beaches.

Snorkeling – for those looking to discover what’s lurking under the surface and meet our local fish, or do some shell diving, snorkels and goggles are available.

Illoulida – walk down to the ancient capital, Ioulida, during sunset hours to explore the beautiful architecture and small shops (clothing, ceramics, local produce).

Island boat trip – set sail around the island on a calm ocean bed to uncover hidden corners of the island that can only be experienced by boat.

Hikes – the island is full of ancient trails that cross through farmlands and forests, up greeny hills, or down to secret shores with ruins from the 12th century BC.

Kastriani monastery – drive up the windy cliffs of the northern peak of the island to the breathtakingly beautiful blue and white Greek orthodox monastery that overlooks the Aegean sea.

Winery – have a picnic between the grape leaves of Kea Retreat’s vineyard while sipping on their locally grown wine.

Arts and crafts – feel free to use the art supplies situated on the shelf and let your creativity flow.

Music and Instruments – strum away at the guitar or play the tibetan bowls to the intoxicating sounds of nature.

Relax – unwind by picking a book off of the shelf and laying down on one of the outdoor beanbags, hammocks, or couches, or take a few more steps down to the beach and soak up some sun.

TEACHER’S NOTE

To embrace your essence is to never work against yourself. It is the engine that drives your soul. Through guided work you will transcend the stories that do not belong to you and expressing naturally who you are.

 

EXTRA PRIVATE SERVICES: 

For participants who would like to deepen the practices we share through the week, there is the option of having a private yoga session (cost 75 euros – 60 minutes) as well as a private tea ceremony and meditation session (cost 90 euros – 60 minutes).
