Exploring the body

Anna is one of the UK’s leading Yoga & AcroYoga facilitators, having taught for over a decade at London’s most acclaimed studios. She has international teaching and training experience and has been featured in a number of publications such as Vogue and The Guardian. Classes range from dynamic vinyasa flows to therapeutic flying. Combining her passion for teaching, adventure and travel, Anna is regularly leading retreats all around the world.

Teacher's Note

Come with an open mind and open heart. Some of the practices are likely to be new experiences, however they are open to all levels and no previous experience is required or needed. We will cultivate a comfortable and safe space to work within our limits and abilities, and at the same time provide the space to explore or deepen areas of interest.
