Chakra Journey

Inner alchemy will be a retreat focused on the transformational power of presence. Through movement, additional embodiment practices, and sacred ceremonies we will be guided back to our source, to a sense of deep belonging, so we can be inspired and guided to live from a place of trust, reverence and love.

A Vinyasa Yoga practice that creates a flow of energy, using pranayamas (breathing techniques) to control the senses for a deeper dive within, preparing the mind, body and spirit for a meditative and contemplative state.

A restorative Yoga practice that nourishes the healing power of daily activities and activates the Parasympathetic System, to repair and re-balance, bringing serenity and contentment.

Isabella Pitaki

Your teacher

Isabella believes in the power of transformation through a modernized approach to spirituality, one which is adapted to our daily lives.

Since childhood, she was always interested in esoteric themes and began studying Yoga when she was 15. She complimented her knowledge of alternative health, diving into Western Medicine and other medical studies in London, discovering a scientific community that sought to combine the wisdom of science and spirituality.

With this vision of holistic health, Isabella returned to her home in Brazil and began building her own bridges between these two worlds through Ayurveda along with psychology, pranic healing, Bach Flower remedies, and Lomi Lomi massage techniques. Today she also works with plants of power and medicines to heal trauma.

Isabella's mission is to help people achieve a fuller and healthier life, educating them on the subject of

spirituality and teaching a simple methodology for the personal empowerment of each individual.

Isabella hosts retreats worldwide, including teacher training and workshops near her current home in Algodões, Bahia.

This retreat is about understanding that we hold the medicine we need in order to transform our lives. It will be a safe healing space that will bring us together in community in order to come back to ourselves, to make friends, and to celebrate existence. By slowing down and reconnecting to the rhythms of nature, we will align with the beauty of the present moment.

It is a week of cultivating joy, space to reflect, rest and abundant self-love.

For participants who would like to deepen the practices we share through the week, there is the option of having a private yoga session (cost 75 euros – 60 minutes) as well as a private tea ceremony and meditation session (cost 90 euros – 60 minutes).
